The hotel's location is quite convenient, but unfortunately that's where the positives end. the room condition and bathroom were passable at best, but the service was just terrible. Despite the hotel having a running kitchen, the staff was too busy catering for parties to even provide basic meals for in-house guests. Breakfast was consistently late, and the staff showed no sense of urgency to deliver on their commitments. the level of service was below expectations, making the stay unpleasant.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to key tourist attractions in the city. The room was in excellent condition and very comfortable, which was a huge plus for my Christmas stay here. The hotel also offered some great amenities, including a fitness center and a fantastic restaurant that served delicious food.
